9. Returns & Exchanges
ANO SWIMWEAR does not offer returns or exchanges. All Sales are FINAL. If you received a faulty or damaged item from our online shop, please contact us at aloha@anoswimwear.com. ANO SWIMWEAR retains the right to refuse any and all requests made by you at any time.
10. PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. ANO SWIMWEAR does not offer price adjustments or price matching.
11. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment from these cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (US Merchants only). We also accept PayPal. Customers using PayPal may use credit or debit cards saved to their PayPal account. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank deposits.
12. SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Hawaii.
13. VERIFICATION UPON SHIPPING
Please make sure that you are using the same billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. If your information does not match up, your order could be delayed or cancelled. When specifying a shipping address, please make sure the information is correct, apt. number, zip code, etc or your order will be delayed or cancelled. 14. ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted, it can not be modified or cancelled. Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient upon delivery.
